Refunds and Replacement Options

- Replacement: We can arrange for a replacement bouquet or arrangement to be delivered as soon as possible at no extra cost to you.
- Refund: Alternatively, you can request a full refund for the unsatisfactory product. Refunds are processed via the original payment method and typically take several days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Please note that refund and replacement requests are only processed for orders reported within 48 hours of delivery, provided all reasonable care instructions were followed.
